A flexible Recovery Coaching pathway shaped around you.

A personalised, recovery-oriented program that may be delivered progressively over approximately 12 months, with mental health, resilience and everyday goals at its centre.

A human place to begin

A steady structure—with room for life to change.

Whole Warrior Rejuvenation™ offers a framework for people who would like continuity and a clear rhythm to their Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. It includes peer support and lived experience, and is not a rigid curriculum, clinical treatment program or requirement for accessing ordinary Recovery Coaching.

Topics can be selected, reordered, combined, adapted, paused or replaced through collaborative planning. The approach remains consent-led and responsive to the person’s preferences, strengths, disability-support needs, culture, circumstances and goals.

How support may help

Recovery Coaching that remains personal and choice-led.

The program provides a flexible structure while keeping the person involved in decisions about their support.

01

Peer support and lived experience

Bring practical understanding to conversations about psychosocial disability, mental health, recovery and navigating systems.

02

Collaborative planning

Choose priorities, pace and practical arrangements together rather than following a prescribed course.

03

Everyday capacity

Explore practical approaches that may support routines, communication, confidence, connection and participation.

04

Recovery connections

Consider informal, community, mainstream and funded supports that may contribute to the person’s recovery goals.

05

Choice as needs change

Discuss changes, pause the program or choose a different Recovery Coaching approach without having to complete every topic.

A flexible roadmap

Twelve potential focus areas.

These topics are possible areas of focus—not promised outcomes, clinical treatment or a prescribed sequence.

Each topic is considered collaboratively and used only where it is relevant to the person’s preferences, disability-support needs and goals.

Must I complete every focus area in order?

No. The focus areas are a flexible guide. Topics may be selected, reordered, combined, adapted, paused or replaced through collaborative planning.
